Short Term - Our short term housing is perfect for short stays between 2 to 30 days. Think of it as being Air Bed n Breakfast (Airbnb)

Mid Term - For mid term, the minimum is 30 days up to 6 months. Longer stays are welcome if coordinated in time. These homes are perfect for traveling nurses, corporate rentals, families displaced due to fire, flood, etc with insurance claims. Length of stay is flexible to accommodate your needs.

Long Term - This is part of our rent to own program. These homes are usually not furnished and we help you become a home owner. A down payment is required to move into any of our homes. We do not accept section 8 vouchers. Contact 314-334-1411 for more information on our lease purchase program.
